Refund policy

You have 30 days after receiving your Clash Pocket to request a return.

To be eligible, the handheld should be unused and in its original packaging, unless it arrived damaged or not working. If it arrives not working, email us and we will replace it.

To start a return, email clashofclicksgaming@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues. Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or the wrong item so we can make it right.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
